Although we have tried to best and most accurately represent colors, screens do vary. If in doubt, please contact us at (805) 652-7017 for color or fabric swatches or any questions you may have.

SHIPPING

All items are in stock and ship via Fedex Ground Service, insured, unless otherwise noted. Please allow appx. 2 weeks for delivery unless otherwise noted. Our shipping rates for the Continental US are as follows:

Up to $25, $5
Up to $50, $10
Up to $100, $20
Up to $150, $25
Up to $300, $30
Up to $400, $40
Up to $500, $50
Up to $750, $75
Up to $1000, $100
Up to $1300, $130.00
Up to $1500, $150.00
Up to $2500, $250
Up to $3600, $400
Up to $5000, $500
Over $5000 10% of item total

Shipping outside of the Continental US is available and will be quoted upon receipt of your order for your approval.

White Glove Delivery

Larger items and those noted require a special delivery service, called White Glove Delivery. These items may take longer than 2 weeks to deliver but include in the price:
Placement inside your home up to 2 flights of stairs, unpacking and removal of packaging, and setup.

We will contact you prior to delivery to make an appointment. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU ARE PRESENT FOR YOUR DELIVERY OR CALL AND RESCHEDULE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED A REDELIVERY FEE OF $75.

DAMAGES

Although we package our items to ensure they get to you safely, mishaps do happen in the shipping process. Should you notice any shipping damage, it is important you follow the following procedure to ensure your claim is handled correctly and expeditiously.

Fedex Damage

Contact us in 3 days of receipt at (805)652-7017 or email us, info@fusionhomestore.com to describe damage.

Please save all original packaging for Fedex to pick up and inspect with broken item(s). Once Fedex confirms with us that the items have been picked up and appear damaged, a replacement will be shipped immediately.

White Glove Service Damage

Inspect and point out any damage to the delivery crew BEFORE SIGNING or ACCEPTING the item. If accepting the item, please note the damage on the slip you are signing as a written record. This is vital in order for us to file a successful damage claim on your behalf. More than likely, the crew will take the damaged item to process.

RETURN POLICY
Please be aware that our return policy for online purchases is different from in store purchases. Online terms outlined below. If you have any questions about in store purchases, please check the bottom of your receipt for terms or contact us at (805) 652-7017.

In Store Purchases
Store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase with receipt. Items must be in original saleable condition and packaging. Sale, marked down items, music or special or made to order items are not returnable.

Online Purchases

We want you to be happy with your online purchase. If the item received is not what you expected, we will accept it back for a refund. SPECIAL AND MADE TO ORDER ITEMS AND CLOSEOUT ITEMS DO NOT APPLY, please read below. In order to receive a refund please note the following steps:

Please call (805)652-7017 or email us, info@fusionhomestore.com 14 DAYS FROM PURCHASE requesting a return. We will issue a Return Authorization Number that must be clearly written on the outside packaging. Items sent back without a prior Return Authorization Number will not be accepted for refund. If your return is due to shipping damage, please refer to our DAMAGES section above.

You are responsible for the freight and insurance charges back to us; please make sure you use a tracking number or delivery confirmation to ensure receipt on our part. Pack well to avoid being responsible for shipping damages!

If items are received in good saleable condition and in original packaging, we will issue a refund to the original purchase tender. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.

We do not refund items that are used, damaged or worn.

Some items are noted as Special or Made to Order. Unless a specific stocking charge is noted in the description, these items, including Sofas, Rugs and Water Features ARE NOT RETURNABLE, REFUSABLE or REFUNDABLE.

Normal returnable items that are refused upon delivery are SUBJECT to a 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. Shipping charges are not refundable.
